Licenses

Product licenses are governed by the product EULA (see /legal/eula). These terms cover the website and the purchase relationship only.

Payments

Prices are listed in USD. Taxes are added where applicable. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for products that cannot be used due to a documented technical blocker.

Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse the website, attempt to circumvent license enforcement, or resell NULL Pointers products without written consent.

Warranty

The website is provided as-is. No warranty is expressed or implied beyond what is required by applicable law.

Liability

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in the preceding twelve months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which NULL Pointers is registered.
