End User License Agreement

Grant

Subject to payment and compliance with this EULA, NULL Pointers grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the plugin in commercial and non-commercial Unreal Engine projects.

Distribution

MCP4Unreal is distributed as a packaged, compiled plugin for Unreal Engine. The plugin source code is not delivered. Your license covers use of the packaged plugin in your own projects and client projects.

Restrictions

You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the packaged plugin as a standalone product, share your license or download with third parties, or attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or extract the plugin source.

Feedback

Feature suggestions and bug reports are welcome on the public GitHub repository. Any feedback you submit may be used to improve the product without obligation or compensation.

Seats

The Personal tier is a single-user license. The Professional tier is per-seat within a single studio entity.

Updates

Lifetime free updates are included for the tier purchased. Major-version migrations are always free within a license.

Termination

Breach of this EULA terminates the license. You must then cease use and destroy your copies of the packaged plugin.

No warranty

The plugin is provided as-is. No warranty is expressed or implied.
